Hobart Legacy HSL130-1 100 Qt./ 130 lb. Two-Speed Spiral Dough Mixer 208V 3 Phase, 6 HP Easily process large quantities of dough with the Hobart Legacy HSL130-1 spiral dough mixer. Designed to accommodate up to 130 lb. of product, the unit features a 100 qt. stainless steel bowl that spins in both directions for maximum product consistency. The strong stainless steel dough hook also spins, which enhances the spiral effect that the mixer has on the dough. Quick mixing yields top-quality product, making this unit ideal for large operations, such as pizzerias and bakeries. The hooks operate on 2 different speeds - low (100 rpm) and high (200 rpm), while the bowl operates at 15 rpm.

Operation of the unit relies on front-mounted electronic controls and (2) 20 minute timers. Because of the timers, the mixer's 2 fixed speeds are easy to shift between during operation. By setting the timers, the speeds will automatically shift, allowing for custom mixing to suit your product and recipe. Plus, the timers feature reverse speed and jog modes, providing you with even greater control and additional processing options.

This unit is made of strong and sleek steel, creating a durable unit that withstands heavy, regular use with incredible ease. As a safety measure, a stainless steel wire bowl guard is included and must be in place in order for the unit to operate. It also allows for product visibility, showing you the current consistency of the dough so you can customize the speeds and times as necessary. A stainless steel breaker bar is provided, as well as a set of casters for mobility and adjustable front feet for stabilizing the mixer. It requires a 208V 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
