The 1 1/2 hp motor will effortlessly whip right through ground beef, lamb, pork or even non-meat contents such as hard mixes and salads. The side gear box/control panel is fully encased and protected from any liquids or other outside contaminants, giving it a prolonged service life. A simple and intuitive front panel controller switches the mixing arms on, includes a push button that will run the arms temporarily in reverse rotation, and a kill switch for immediate stoppage of the motor if necessary.
